The program brought by Kolping Diocese of Buacau is related to the main goal of Adolph Kolping. The programs are the result of the discussion among board, staff and praeses based on the demand of population especially in Diocese of Baucau region. All the programs are implemented directly to the people (kolping Families, Kolping members include new Kolping Family).

The component that implements these activities is the employees of the Obra Kolping Baucau, Board, Kolping Members, Praeses and the volunteers from youth. Objective of these activities is to further extend the mission of Adolfo Kolping through socializing, forming groups and implement all the programs.
